JAPANESE FUKAMUSHI GREEN TEA DEEP STEAMED SENCHA
Fukamushi is a type of Japanese green tea where the leaves have undergone up to 50% extra steaming compared to a regular Sencha. This results in a slightly powdery tea with lots of smaller pieces of leaf. More of the tea’s bioactives are are now released into the brew resulting in an extremely healthy beverage. Rich and mild with a deep verdant color. A shorter brew time is required and great served as a cold brew.
